Booking inquiry

Request booking information

Write down what you would like to ask about. There is no booking system on this website. Review Inquiry opens an email draft to [email protected]. A room is reserved only if The Hidden Door confirms it in reply. You can also call +61 2 9553 2111.

A useful message says who is coming, which theme you are curious about, and the date you hope to discuss. Mystery, detective, adventure, puzzle, and story-driven options are categories. They are not a menu of rooms already held for you.

What an inquiry can include

A useful note names a concept, a preferred date, a group size as you understand it, and the question you actually need answered. Game details and availability should be confirmed before making arrangements.

Learn How It Works
Photograph of gold-colored coins and a green gem used as props in an escape room

Preferred concept

Choose a theme category, or say you are not sure yet. Do not treat the list as open rooms.

Photograph of a written riddle on the wall of an escape room

Preferred timing

A date or time is a preference. It is not a slot, and it is not held for you.

Photograph of two players working a wooden mechanism inside an escape room

Group context

Mention friends, family, a team question, or a celebration only as the reason for the inquiry.

Inquiry notes

This form checks your notes, then opens an email draft. It does not create a booking, and this website does not store the form.
