From a theme idea to a confirmed detail
The path on this website is informational. It does not describe unpublished house rules, arrival times, age limits, or safety procedures, because those details have not been confirmed here.

01
Explore experiences
Start with Escape Rooms or Experiences. You will see theme categories and ways a group might use a puzzle visit. You will not see a calendar of open slots.
-
02
Read game information
Read what puzzle solving usually involves: searching, comparing clues, and deciding together. Spoilers for a specific room are not published, and neither are duration or player counts.
-
03
Contact us or request availability
Use Booking Inquiry or Contact to organize a name, a preferred concept, a preferred date, and a message. The form opens an email draft to [email protected]. You can also call +61 2 9553 2111. The website does not store the form.
-
04
Receive details
A visit is arranged only when The Hidden Door confirms the details by phone or email. Opening the draft, or even sending it, does not hold a time. Wait for a reply that names the experience and the conditions.
What this page does not claim
Escape room play, as described here, is a collaborative puzzle activity. It is not a dangerous challenge, a lock-in, or a guaranteed win. Participation conditions must be confirmed before a visit.
Bring the people who will actually play, and leave enough time to arrive at Shop 2A, 546 King Street, Newtown, without treating the website as a timetable. If someone in the group needs step-free access, say so in the inquiry. Accessibility is not described on these pages because it has not been published.
